====== ConvertEdifactDate ======
The ConvertEdifactDate() function converts a date value in string format (EDIFACT date value) to a formatted date value. The second parameter specifies the format of the EDIFACT date, i. e. 102, for the short date and 203 for the long date.

ConvertEdifactDate('date as string value')
ConvertEdifactDate('date as string value', 'Date format')
==== Date format ====
Possible values for date format are:
* 102: is 'yyyyMMdd', that is year plus month plus day, e.g. "20180101",
* 203: is 'yyyyMMddHHmm', as 102 including hour and minute,
* 204: is 'yyyyMMddHHmmss', as 203 including seconds,
* : user defined format, e.g. 'dd.MM.yy HH:mm:ss' for "31.12.17 24:00"

returns 2014-12-15 11:00:00
ConvertEdifactDate('201810101438', 203)
returns 2018-10-10T14:38:00
