====== Data Analytics ========

With Data Analytics you evaluate messages on your system. We deliver the following reports as templates, which can be extended and/or adapted:
  * **Top 10 Document Types**: the 10 most frequently created document types, such as SLSRPT, ORDRSP ((The period, the message baskets and the 'Top X' can be set in the job, see [[en:ueberblick:ebiss_module:analytics:dataanalytics:generate_report|]])).
  * **Top 10 partners by traffic**: the 10 partners with the most messages in Mega Byte ((The time period, the message baskets as well as the 'Top X' is adjustable in the job, see [[en:ueberblick:ebiss_module:analytics:dataanalytics:generate_report|]])).
  * **Top 10 error after partner**: List of the 10 most frequent errors grouped by partner ((The time period, the message baskets as well as the 'Top X' can be set in the job, see [[en:ueberblick:ebiss_module:analytics:dataanalytics:generate_report|]])).
  * **Number of messages per partner** (Analytics Messages per partner): Number of messages per partner in a freely selectable period ((The period, the message baskets and the 'Top X' can be set in the job, see [[en:ueberblick:ebiss_module:analytics:dataanalytics:generate_report|]])).

Data Analytics is structured in such a way that you can use Pranke's evaluations or transfer the data to your own system. Therefore the division into 
a transfer run and an evaluation part:
  * **Transmission run**: the information on the messages is transmitted, preferably to another database. The evaluations can then be carried out on this data without affecting the processes of eBiss System. The job step [[prozessdefinition:jobs:jobsteps:analytics:analyzepromotemessages|]] is used for this.
  * ** Evaluations/Reports**: The evaluations can then be carried out on the data transferred from the transfer run, whereby Pranke provides a few predefined evaluations.

The data analysis runs on the following databases:
  * SQLite
  * MySql
  * MS-SQL Server
