On the server the feature ASP.NET 4.7((Features -> .NET Framework 4.7 Features -> ASP.NET4.7)) must be installed. Often only .NET Framework is installed and not ASP.NET!((Set on Windows Server 2019 under "Add Roles and Features")) \\
