====== Creating a Partner ======

To create a new partner, right-click on the corresponding partner type (commercial partner / system partner / template partner) and select **Create** from the context menu.
Then enter the required information under the tabs **Properties** and **Properties (extended)**.

|**TNr**|[[http://wgate.pranke.com|eGate]] TNR number if available, 10 digits.|
|**Name**|Name of the Partner.|
|**GLN**|GLN / ILN of the Partner.\\ {{:images:sign_warning.png?nolink|}}**note:** This value is queried at the job step[[prozessdefinition:jobs:jobsteps:allgemein:EntityAnalyzer]]   if the detection is to be done via [[prozessdefinition:repositorien:analysator:anlegen|Analysator]]  **ByGlobalIdentificationNumber**.|
|**Template**|Here you can enter a reference to a template partner with generally valid settings. These are automatically transferred for the newly created partner.|
|**Headquarter**|Reference to the Headquarter of the partner.|
|**Partner-Type**|Results from the context of the new Partner-Setup and cannot be changed.|
|**Memo**|Free text field for describing the partner settings etc...|
|**Communication Channel**|There you can [[kommunikation:kanal:start|Kommunikationskanal]] define an alternative channel if an alternative channel is needed. |**Containerizer**|Here you can define a containerizer[[prozessdefinition:repositorien:kontainerisierer:start|Containerisierer]] , that is preferred to the default containerizer[[prozessdefinition:repositorien:entitaetstyp:start|Entität-Typ]]  if some partners require different containerizers.|
|**Include changes in underprice lines**|---|
|**Priceline**|Reference to a price line|
|**Partner-Language**|Reference to a Partner Language|
|**Backend-Reference**|Reference to supplier number in the ERP system of the manufacturer, On the retailer side, the backend reference represents a reference to the store number in the retailer's Electronic Warehouse System.|
|**AdditionalInfoList**|If available, a reference to additional {{images:tables.png?nolink}} [[artikelverwaltung:artikelinformationen]].|
|Responsible Administrator|Name of contact person of Partner|
|Address if respoonsible Admin.|E-Mail of Admin.|
|Notify administrator| If **Yes** is set here, the contact person receives an e-mail with the task messages.|

Complete your entries by clicking on Save, so that the created partners are transferred to the eBiss database.
