====== UnhandledException: Invalid column name ======

**Example:**
Notification(Error):
UnhandledException: Invalid column name 'NotifyByOutgoingMessage'.

**Cause:**
The DB sorting is not CaseInsensitive, and therefore a field "Ab" and "AB" are different. 
The update script does not run.
The same problem with a new installation with a Case Sensitive Default

**Solution:** Set the character set to something Case Insensitive ("_CI_"). My default is "Latin1_General_CI_AS".
