To create a new communication conversation with a partner, click on the corresponding partner (business partner / system partner / template partner). Then select the respective partner in the list, to which you want to add an address by double-clicking.
Now create a new communication address from the menu or context menu.
Enter the corresponding address information in the fields of the dialog box.
Name | Meaning |

Name | Name of the address object |
Compression mode | Type of compression used to compress documents. |
Default address | With this option, the address can be stored as a default address, i.e. the data stored there is written in the address area of an exchange when a new message is created or read and compared with partner data when a message is received. |
Note: Default addresses are used by eBiss whenever corresponding address types are required due to containerization or sending of messages. Alternatives to the default address are described under Alternative communication.
