To create a new read component, right-click the read component node and choose Create from the context menu. Select the read component type from the submenu. Under Name, enter a name for the read component. Under Character Encoding, select the code page that the incoming documents have. To do this, click directly on the input field. You can then select the code page. Now fill in the remaining fields as required and complete your entries by clicking on Save, so that the new reader is transferred to the eBiss database.
