Bug Fix for saving the domain login as default.

Revision and optimization of some Remove-JobSteps, e.g. for RemoveMessages, RemoveTasks und RemoveProcessInstances JobStep.

The inline creation of linked system components in eBiss (f.i. the creation of a message box and implicit assignment to a channel, from a newly created channel) has been improved.
The post-creation assignment previously failed if the component that the object is created from hasn't been changed or created beforehand.

Several small errors occurring when grid views have been sorted by certain fields have been fixed.

Several system components can now be edited directly in the grid view.
Simply select the entry in the grid and edit the corresponding fields in the panel (“quick access”) located at the bottom of the window.
