Extension of IMessage by:

   List<IMessageStateEntry> StateHistory { get; }

An extension of the variable replacement led to variables in the JobStep ExecuteExternalProcessor no longer being replaced. There were indeed unit tests for this JobStep, however, no test that checked the variable transfer. Both has been fixed, two new unit tests are now part of the eBiss Build process.

New options in the JSON Writer for writing the type name and for writing unset values (zero values).

The help for CommandClient has been revised and the error output in the log and the console has been improved.

Both the system color and the system name of eBiss are now displayed in eBiss Web.
