Minimization of the DB requests at the MessageCollector and FailedMessageCollector by preloading (prefetching) the required referenced data

Optimization of DB accesses through prefetches and bulk updates.

If the log was not writeable, the log was already written to the Windows Temp folder, but this was not visible afterwards. Therefore a task is now created for the case created with the information of the path in which the log file was alternatively written due to missing write permissions. If the log cannot be written to the temp directory, the eBiss service will not start!

Missing write permissions in the MessageStore resulted in an invalid attachment. This has been fixed, a message without attachment will be created and in addition to the previously created task an entry in the status history with the error message will be set.

In the partner import, the TypeSets were imported without comparing the mapping, meaning that TypeSets that only differed in the mapping were only imported once

A character encoding set in the attachment of the mail is taken over in the Pop3 Channel of eBiss and entered in the eBiss attachment.
