The drag & drop of files into the message box has been enhanced: If you hold down the Shift key when dropping all files dragged into the message basket, one message is created with all transferred files in the attachment.

Previously, the EntityRecipientChanger job step searched for the recipient using the participant number across all partners, which is fundamentally wrong. If there is a system partner and a trading partner with the same participant number, it was random whether the system partner or the trading partner was returned. This error has been fixed. To ensure that the appropriate partner is used in the job step, there is now the option to select the message direction. The default setting is “Outgoing”.

Changes to the automation often did not result in an update to the eBiss service. This concerned:

• Activating/ deactivating automations,
• Adjustment of the start time,
• Import of active automations,
• deletion of active automations,
• etc.

Therefore, after making changes to the automation, users often used “Restart event manager” under the “Advanced actions” menu item. This is no longer necessary: The automation is adjusted after approx. 5-10 seconds - depending on how busy the system is - on the eBiss service. In addition, it is now possible to retrieve the currently active automations from the service (see below under “List of active automations”).

To display the automations currently active in the eBiss service, there is the menu item List of active automations in the submenu of “Advanced actions” on the main window of eBiss.
