As of this release, the lock set in the job steps TradeItemManagerFillCache and TradeItemManagerBookCache are released after the job step has been completed. This prevents parallel and long-running jobs from blocking each other if they have to repeatedly post parts of items in a subjob. The execution of the job step also includes delegation to the downstream job step, e.g. from the fill cache to the book cache.
