Create user

Start eBiss.WinClient.exe in the LocalMode or click OK to log in and navigate to System users.
Here you see an overview of the current users and those assigned to a group
To create a new user, you can create it using the context menu or the Create button a new user.
On the Properties tab, enter group, name, password, and a notification address.
The Select Notification bundles option allows you to create single tasks for each error that occurs during message processing. If this option is not selected, all error messages that occur during the message processing by a job are combined into one Task. The bundle of notifications should only be used if the Jobstep TaskNotificatorEx is used to send the TaskMessages to the administrator of the relevant TradingPartner.

Enable users for domain login

The DomainId option authorizes the user to log in to eBiss with his specific domain ID. Assign the corresponding ID, e.g. COMPANY / NAME. Alternatively, you can create a domaingroup that automatically creates eBiss users that are located within the domain and log on to the eBiss system.

Close your entries by clicking on the Save button so that the new users are transferred to the eBiss database.

Note: In the Properties tab (expanded) the user can be made to an Admin .

User rights

You can assign specific rights under the User rights sub-item.
