To change and delete users you need the appropriate rights.

Additionally there are the special features:

• “not Admins”¹⁾ are not allowed to change or delete “Admins”²⁾.
• Whether a user is admin is not visible for a “not admins”.

Compared to deleting, we recommend deactivating³⁾ the user, so that the user is still visible when evaluating e.g. logs.
