User rights can be assigned on two levels:
If a user already possesses a certain right through his group, the manually stored right dominates here.
To do this, open the required user. Then click on the sub-item user rights.
The following authorizations can be assigned:

Workflows | In general, restricting the view and the associated changing of properties within the workflows. You can also specify here whether the user can execute workflows in principle or not.. |
