The filters in the table views can be saved using the save button (floppy disk symbol in the filter editor), provided the user has the corresponding rights. Saved filters can be viewed and edited using the adjacent button (folder icon). All user-defined filters can be viewed in the 'System' group under 'User-defined filters'.

Filters can be assigned to a user and a group. If neither the user nor the group is defined, the filter applies to all users. It is up to the user whether to set the user differently from the group, we recommend only setting one of the two.

Rights
In addition to the standard rights: Create, Change, Delete and Read, the following rights settings are available:

• Change only assigned: Only filters assigned to the user for which the group is not set may be changed by the user
• Allowed to change the standard filter
