The Articlepool enables the SystemPartner-sided insertion of articles into the eBiss database. These are written only once with reference to the SystemPartner in the ArticleDetail table. The setting of the articles into the eBiss database is done by importing Pricat documents from an ERP system. The goal is to send a Pricat to each TradingPartner, which only contains the articles that are mainly ordered by the respective partner. For this purpose, the articles of all outgoing transaction data such as ORDRSP and DESADV documents are compared with the article detail table. A PRICAT is then generated for the trading partner concerned. In the article table of the TradingPartner only references of the articles in the article detail table are stored, which are ordered by the respective partner.
