Port event listener

The Port event listener accepts an incoming message, at a given port.

Global running jobs limitIf the specified number is below the number of currently executed jobs then the requests will be accepted and handled otherwise the remote request will be rejected due to a high system load.
Maximum requestsWhat is the maximum number of requests that will be accepted in the specified period (see 'Time range' below).
Time rangeDefines the time range for 'Maximum requests' in seconds
Exception return value limitCustom error message returned when one of the limit constraints is violated. The request will be accepted by the listener if no error message is provided but the client will encounter a timeout instead of a response.
