eBiss becomes a web server

With eBiss WebView, you can now view, manage or initiate your messages and error messages online at any time. Embedded directly in a familiar program environment, this gives the departments insight into the status of messages.

From version 2.22, eBiss can initially deliver MessageBoxes and error messages for access via a browser. No additional hosting component is required for this, eBiss provides the functionality and only needs to be extended once with a new Job & EventListener.

Integrate a MessageBox as an iFrame in any application

In addition to the complete WebView access to all MessageBoxes & Tasks of the eBiss system, you can call up individual MessageBoxes with a different URL and control the display behavior with parameters.

User rights management e.g. as “Read only”

Instead of the standard login for the eBiss WinClient software, you can configure certain WebView users with restricted rights and allow them access to a special sales view, for example. This way, non-IT employees can check the message status or resend messages from a specific MessageBox without risk.

Access also worldwide via the Internet

For network-internal eBiss access, the machine on which eBiss and its integrated web server works must be accessible via LAN. For internal
