Electronic Invoicing – Your invoices will soon be available digitally!

In order for us to send you your invoices electronically in ZUGFeRD format in the future, we need your email address for electronic invoicing.

You can provide it to us as follows:

ENTER YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS IN PRANKE eGate®

1. Open website
   Open your browser and go to:
   egate.pranke.com/Login
2. Log in
   Log in to eGate® with your username and password..
3. Edit user
   Click “Edit user” in the top left.
4. Enter e-mail address
   Enter the e-mail address in the “E-mail for e-invoices” field.
5. Save
   Save your entry. A confirmation will appear after saving.
6. Apply/ validate
   Then click the question mark (?). You will receive an e-mail containing a link that you must confirm.
