If a trading partner on eGate says they have not received the message, eGate full account users and partner account users can check in eGate whether the messages were successfully transmitted. If you see one of the following icons as status you can assume that the message was sent successfully (the meaning of the icons can be found in the FAQ article eGate Message Status):
If your trading partner still declares that he has not received the data, you can also send him the technical transmission protocol (with server reply if necessary) by clicking on the ID of the relevant message in your eGate account in the send folder to open the message details
You can send this report to your trading partner using the Copy and paste function, so that he or she has more information on the internal drilldown reporting of the data.
