Question

The connection of a free gateway customer to the eGate service has been rejected. The sender’s address is unknown to the system.
The eGate service is a closed system and only allows communication between known addresses (whitelist).
The data must be sent via the address stored in the gateway subscriber number.

(eGate error message: Info:Message rejected, unknown sender: xyz@beispieldomain.de)

With other words it is an “invalid sender”.
